Actual product is as described. But it was posted and packaged with tape wrapped around the tube. It was very difficult to unwrap and open. I ended up having to use scissors to gain access and accidently cut the corner of the tube and exposing the cream - so annoying. It would have been better and professional if it was simply put in an envelope.

I am pleased you are more than happy with your purchase. As for the packaging, I wrap all items in several layers of bubble wrap for ultimate protection, the parcel tape is used as further protection against the elements when in transit, this way of packaging in how I find most items are submitted today, as envelopes I have found, after using them briefly, although a cheaper form of packaging, are fragile and tear easily against the corners of the items inside.
